Adalo9 August 2026My students get an app into the store, which is the whole point
For a fifteen year old, the gap between an idea and a working phone app is the thing that keeps them coming back, and this closes it faster than anything else we have tried. It is slow and it will not scale and neither of those things matters to a school club.
Thunkable9 August 2026Every term, thirty students publish something they made
The block editor means nobody is blocked by syntax, the documentation is written for learners rather than engineers, and it publishes real builds so the students can show their families. As a teaching platform I have not found anything better, and I have looked properly.
FlutterFlow18 July 2026Too much for a classroom, right for a serious project
I tried moving our STEM club to it because of the export story and lost most of a term. Teenagers hit the Flutter concepts and stalled. For anyone building something they intend to keep, it is clearly the strongest mobile option here. For teaching, the gentler tools win on engagement.
