Our drivers actually use it, which no previous tool managed
We had a spreadsheet nobody updated. Now there is an app on every phone with the day's drops, photo proof and a signature, and the data lands back in the same place. Row owners meant each driver sees only their own runs without me writing a single rule. Adoption was immediate.

It did the research, built the tool and wrote the handover note
I asked for a supplier comparison dashboard and it found the data, normalised it, built the thing, deployed it and explained what it had done. No other tool in this index would have completed even half of that from one instruction. I use it for jobs that cross boundaries.

Record limits are the real pricing model
Every plan upgrade we have made was triggered by row counts, not by a feature we wanted. Budget for that from the start and it is a fair deal, because the reliability and the integrations are worth paying for. I would rather they charged more honestly for volume and less per seat.
