Rork9 August 2026On my phone, working, forty minutes after the first prompt
I have never had a native prototype in my hand this fast. It looks current rather than templated, the Expo export is real, and I showed it to three potential users the same evening. Credits went faster than I expected once I started iterating properly.
a0.dev9 August 2026The tightest change-and-see loop I have used anywhere
Ask for a change, look at your phone, it is there. Nothing else I have tried is close on that one measure, and in the first two days of an idea that measure is the only one that matters. I would not run a company on it and I do not need to.
Marblism29 July 2026Stranded the first time it failed
I am not a developer and this is not for me, which I found out at the terminal. It handed me a folder of files and a command that errored, and there was no agent to ask. My fault for buying it, but the positioning gave me no warning. If you cannot fix a failing build yourself, buy something hosted.
FlutterFlow29 July 2026Version two, and the app finally feels professional
Moving from a no-code tool to this was a step up in every visible way. Animations are smooth, the design system stayed consistent, and I own the code now. I did have to learn what a widget tree is when a screen needed restructuring, and that was two frustrating evenings.
Xano18 July 2026I bought a database and expected an app
My fault more than theirs, but worth saying for other founders. There is no front end here at all. After a week I had a very good API and nothing a user could open. Ended up generating the interface elsewhere, which worked, but doubled my monthly cost and my learning curve.
Plasmic18 July 2026Nothing here for someone without a codebase
I signed up hoping to build my app's marketing site and there was nothing to plug it into. It is a layer for an existing React project, which mine was not. That is on me for not reading properly, but the trial gave me no early signal either. Left after two days.
Adalo18 July 2026Version one of my fitness app, and I do not regret it
It got me to 200 users and proved people would pay, which is all version one had to do. Version two is in FlutterFlow because I hit the ceiling exactly where everyone said I would. Knowing the ceiling in advance made it a good decision rather than a mistake.
